"The Magical World of Australia and Aborigines" with Jackson Wolfe. We conclude our tour of the world's great religious traditions "downunder" in Australia. The colorful animism of the Aborigines is notably similar to the African animism we discussed at the beginning of this journey more than two years ago. The Outback world of the Aborigines includes: an enchanted creation period called "The Dreamtime", spirit children seeking out world-be mothers, calendars based on bird migrations and the flowering of certain plants, and like the Native American, a reverence for the earth and it's creatures that indicates they care about their own and their children's future.
